Registration and logging in

You must be registered in order to bid. Registration is free and could not be easier:

  • Click on the homepage.
  • Click the registration button.
  • Fill in your details and choose your own password.
  • Check to see that everything is complete and then click the send button.
  • You will receive an email within a few minutes with instructions on how to confirm your registration.

Problems with registering

If you have not received an activation email, it could be that you have entered the wrong email address. Please check your spam or junk mail as it may have been received there. To ensure delivery of email from Veilet.com to your inbox, please add Veilet.com to your email address book or trusted senders list.

Log in

Once your registration is confirmed you can log in. Click the ‘log in’ button on the left side of the website. Enter your user name (email address) and password and click 'log in'.

Possible causes

  • Your registration still needs to be confirmed and your account has not yet been activated.
  • You have entered the wrong user name.
  • You have entered the wrong password.
